C&rsquo;est une moyenne harmonique entre la pr\u00e9cision et le rappel d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le, offrant un \u00e9quilibre entre ces deux m\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne F1-score ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le F1-score combine la pr\u00e9cision (proportion de pr\u00e9dictions correctes parmi toutes les pr\u00e9dictions positives) et le rappel (proportion de pr\u00e9dictions correctes parmi tous les exemples r\u00e9ellement positifs). Imaginez que vous \u00eates un d\u00e9tective cherchant \u00e0 identifier des contrefa\u00e7ons parmi un lot de billets. La pr\u00e9cision mesure la proportion de vrais faux billets que vous avez identifi\u00e9s parmi tous ceux que vous avez suspect\u00e9s. Le rappel mesure la proportion de vrais faux billets que vous avez identifi\u00e9s parmi tous les faux billets r\u00e9ellement pr\u00e9sents dans le lot. Le F1-score combine ces deux mesures pour vous donner une \u00e9valuation globale de votre performance.  Il est calcul\u00e9 avec la formule : F1 = 2 * (Pr\u00e9cision * Rappel) \/ (Pr\u00e9cision + Rappel).<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi F1-score est-il important ?<\/h3>\n<p>En IA et en prompt engineering, le F1-score est crucial pour \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le, en particulier lorsque les donn\u00e9es sont d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9es (par exemple, beaucoup plus d&rsquo;exemples n\u00e9gatifs que positifs). Un bon F1-score indique que le mod\u00e8le est \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9cis et capable d&rsquo;identifier la plupart des exemples positifs. Par exemple, dans un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de spam, un F1-score \u00e9lev\u00e9 signifie que le syst\u00e8me est capable de d\u00e9tecter la plupart des spams (rappel \u00e9lev\u00e9) tout en minimisant le nombre de faux positifs (pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9e), c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire les emails l\u00e9gitimes class\u00e9s comme spam.
