Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une couche cach\u00e9e ? C&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire de calcul au sein d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau de neurones, situ\u00e9e entre les couches d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et de sortie.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne une couche cach\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un r\u00e9seau de neurones comme une usine qui transforme des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res (donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e) en produits finis (pr\u00e9dictions). Les couches cach\u00e9es sont les ateliers de cette usine o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es sont trait\u00e9es et transform\u00e9es. Chaque couche cach\u00e9e est compos\u00e9e de nombreux \u00ab\u00a0neurones\u00a0\u00bb interconnect\u00e9s. Chaque neurone re\u00e7oit des informations de la couche pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, effectue un calcul, puis transmet le r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 la couche suivante.  Si l&rsquo;on reprend la m\u00e9taphore de l&rsquo;usine, chaque atelier re\u00e7oit des mat\u00e9riaux partiellement transform\u00e9s des ateliers pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, effectue sa propre transformation, et  envoie les mat\u00e9riaux plus raffin\u00e9s aux ateliers suivants.  Ce processus en plusieurs \u00e9tapes permet au r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;apprendre des motifs complexes dans les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi les couches cach\u00e9es sont-elles importantes ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les couches cach\u00e9es sont cruciales pour la capacit\u00e9 des mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA \u00e0 apprendre des relations non lin\u00e9aires et \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches complexes.  Sans elles, les r\u00e9seaux de neurones seraient limit\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes lin\u00e9aires simples.  En prompt engineering, comprendre le fonctionnement des couches cach\u00e9es permet de mieux appr\u00e9hender comment un mod\u00e8le traite une requ\u00eate et g\u00e9n\u00e8re une r\u00e9ponse. Par exemple, dans un mod\u00e8le de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de texte, les couches cach\u00e9es peuvent apprendre des relations grammaticales, s\u00e9mantiques et stylistiques complexes, permettant au mod\u00e8le de produire des textes coh\u00e9rents et pertinents.
