Qu&rsquo;est-ce que backpropagation ? C&rsquo;est une m\u00e9thode qui permet d&rsquo;ajuster les param\u00e8tres internes d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau de neurones afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer ses performances.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne backpropagation ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un archer qui s&rsquo;entra\u00eene \u00e0 atteindre une cible.  Chaque fl\u00e8che repr\u00e9sente une pr\u00e9diction du r\u00e9seau de neurones, et la distance \u00e0 la cible repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;erreur de pr\u00e9diction. La backpropagation agit comme un coach qui analyse la trajectoire de la fl\u00e8che et conseille \u00e0 l&rsquo;archer comment ajuster son tir : la force, l&rsquo;angle, etc.  De m\u00eame, la backpropagation analyse l&rsquo;erreur du r\u00e9seau de neurones et ajuste ses param\u00e8tres internes (les \u00ab poids \u00bb) afin de r\u00e9duire cette erreur lors des prochaines pr\u00e9dictions.  Elle propage l&rsquo;erreur depuis la sortie du r\u00e9seau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses couches d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, en calculant la contribution de chaque poids \u00e0 l&rsquo;erreur totale.  Ce processus est it\u00e9ratif : le r\u00e9seau s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore progressivement \u00e0 chaque ajustement.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi backpropagation est-il important ?<\/h3>\n<p>Backpropagation est crucial pour l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique.  Sans elle, les r\u00e9seaux de neurones ne pourraient pas apprendre des donn\u00e9es et effectuer des t\u00e2ches complexes comme la reconnaissance d&rsquo;images, la traduction automatique ou la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de texte. En prompt engineering, la backpropagation permet d&rsquo;affiner les mod\u00e8les de langage pour qu&rsquo;ils r\u00e9pondent plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment et efficacement aux instructions donn\u00e9es dans les prompts.
