Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le renforcement ?  C&rsquo;est une technique d&rsquo;apprentissage par essais et erreurs o\u00f9 un agent apprend \u00e0 interagir avec un environnement en recevant des r\u00e9compenses ou des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne le renforcement ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un chien que vous dressez.  Lorsqu&rsquo;il ob\u00e9it \u00e0 une commande, vous le r\u00e9compensez avec une friandise (renforcement positif).  S&rsquo;il se comporte mal, vous lui refusez la friandise ou vous le r\u00e9primandez (renforcement n\u00e9gatif).  Au fur et \u00e0 mesure, le chien apprend quels comportements conduisent \u00e0 des r\u00e9compenses et lesquels conduisent \u00e0 des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s.  Le renforcement en IA fonctionne de mani\u00e8re similaire.  Un agent logiciel (l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent du chien) explore un environnement (le monde qui l&rsquo;entoure) et effectue des actions.  Pour chaque action, il re\u00e7oit une r\u00e9compense ou une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9.  L&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;agent est d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 maximiser ses r\u00e9compenses au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi le renforcement est-il important ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le renforcement est une technique puissante car elle permet aux agents d&rsquo;apprendre des comportements complexes sans avoir besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre explicitement programm\u00e9s.  C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement utile dans des situations o\u00f9 il est difficile de d\u00e9finir des r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9cises, comme la conduite d&rsquo;une voiture ou la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;un jeu vid\u00e9o.  En prompt engineering, le renforcement peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour affiner les prompts afin d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9ponses plus pr\u00e9cises et plus pertinentes de la part d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le de langage.
