Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un perceptron\u00a0? C&rsquo;est un algorithme simple qui imite le fonctionnement d&rsquo;un neurone biologique pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions binaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne un perceptron\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un portier de bo\u00eete de nuit. Il re\u00e7oit plusieurs informations (les <em>entr\u00e9es<\/em>)\u00a0: l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le style vestimentaire, et le niveau sonore de la voix du client. Le portier accorde \u00e0 chaque crit\u00e8re une importance diff\u00e9rente (les <em>poids<\/em>). Si la somme pond\u00e9r\u00e9e de ces crit\u00e8res est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 un certain seuil (<em>biais<\/em>), le client entre (sortie positive\u00a0: 1), sinon il est refus\u00e9 (sortie n\u00e9gative\u00a0: 0). Le perceptron fonctionne de mani\u00e8re similaire. Il re\u00e7oit des entr\u00e9es num\u00e9riques, leur attribue des poids, calcule une somme pond\u00e9r\u00e9e, puis applique une fonction d&rsquo;activation pour produire une sortie binaire (0 ou 1). L&rsquo;apprentissage du perceptron consiste \u00e0 ajuster les poids et le biais afin d&rsquo;obtenir les sorties souhait\u00e9es pour un ensemble d&rsquo;exemples d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi le perceptron est-il important\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Bien que simple, le perceptron est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la brique de base des r\u00e9seaux de neurones artificiels. Il a ouvert la voie \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les plus complexes.  Sa compr\u00e9hension est cruciale pour saisir les fondamentaux de l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique. En prompt engineering, comprendre le m\u00e9canisme du perceptron vous permet de mieux appr\u00e9hender comment les mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA traitent et interpr\u00e8tent les informations.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemples d&rsquo;utilisation du perceptron<\/h3>\n<p>Un exemple simple est la classification d&rsquo;images en deux cat\u00e9gories (chat\/chien). Les entr\u00e9es seraient les pixels de l&rsquo;image. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;apprentissage, le perceptron pourrait d\u00e9terminer si une nouvelle image repr\u00e9sente un chat ou un chien.
