C&rsquo;est le processus automatis\u00e9 qui permet d&rsquo;identifier et d&rsquo;isoler des donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s dans un texte, comme des noms, des dates, des lieux ou des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne l&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;information ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un d\u00e9tective qui examine une sc\u00e8ne de crime. Il recherche des indices sp\u00e9cifiques : empreintes digitales, ADN, t\u00e9moignages. L&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;information fonctionne de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.
