Qu\u2019est-ce que la fonction d&rsquo;activation ? C&rsquo;est une fonction math\u00e9matique qui d\u00e9termine si un neurone doit s&rsquo;activer ou non en fonction de l&rsquo;information qu&rsquo;il re\u00e7oit.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne une fonction d&rsquo;activation ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez un serveur dans un restaurant. Il prend les commandes des clients (l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du neurone). La fonction d&rsquo;activation est comme le chef cuisinier qui d\u00e9cide, en fonction des commandes, si la cuisine doit pr\u00e9parer le plat ou non (activer le neurone). Si la commande est compl\u00e8te et claire, le chef se met au travail. Sinon, il la refuse.  De m\u00eame, la fonction d&rsquo;activation analyse l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du neurone et d\u00e9cide si le signal est suffisamment important pour \u00eatre transmis au neurone suivant.  Elle introduit une non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 essentielle pour que le r\u00e9seau neuronal puisse apprendre des motifs complexes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi la fonction d&rsquo;activation est-elle importante ?<\/h3>\n<p>Sans fonction d&rsquo;activation, un r\u00e9seau de neurones ne serait qu&rsquo;une simple fonction lin\u00e9aire, incapable d&rsquo;apprendre des relations non lin\u00e9aires entre les donn\u00e9es, comme celles pr\u00e9sentes dans la plupart des probl\u00e8mes du monde r\u00e9el.  En introduisant la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, les fonctions d&rsquo;activation permettent aux r\u00e9seaux de neurones d&rsquo;apprendre des mod\u00e8les complexes et de r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches telles que la reconnaissance d&rsquo;images, la traduction automatique et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de texte.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemples d&rsquo;utilisation de fonction d&rsquo;activation<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs types de fonctions d&rsquo;activation existent, chacune avec ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.  La fonction sigmo\u00efde produit une sortie entre 0 et 1, souvent utilis\u00e9e pour les probl\u00e8mes de classification binaire. La fonction ReLU (Rectified Linear Unit) est une fonction simple et efficace qui annule les valeurs n\u00e9gatives.
