Qu&rsquo;est-ce que embedding ? C&rsquo;est une repr\u00e9sentation math\u00e9matique d&rsquo;un concept, un mot ou une phrase, sous forme de vecteur de nombres.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne embedding ?<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginez une biblioth\u00e8que immense o\u00f9 chaque livre est plac\u00e9 selon son genre, sa th\u00e9matique et son style.  Les livres similaires se retrouvent proches les uns des autres.  L&#8217;embedding fonctionne de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.  Il transforme des mots, des phrases, ou m\u00eame des images, en une s\u00e9rie de nombres (un vecteur) qui capture leur signification. Des concepts similaires auront des vecteurs similaires, se rapprochant dans cet espace multidimensionnel.  Par exemple, les mots \u00ab\u00a0roi\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0reine\u00a0\u00bb auront des embeddings proches, tout comme \u00ab\u00a0Paris\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0France\u00a0\u00bb.  Cette proximit\u00e9 permet aux algorithmes d&rsquo;IA de comprendre les relations entre les concepts et de r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches complexes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi embedding est-il important ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;embedding est essentiel car il permet aux machines de \u00ab\u00a0comprendre\u00a0\u00bb le sens des donn\u00e9es textuelles et d&rsquo;effectuer des op\u00e9rations bas\u00e9es sur ce sens. En prompt engineering, l&#8217;embedding est utilis\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des prompts plus pr\u00e9cis et efficaces, permettant de guider l&rsquo;IA vers la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de contenu plus pertinent.
